A live 30-Day YouTube bootcamp where I help you create one binge-worthy series that stacks watch hours and subscribers at the same time.
I'll show you how to find it, shape it, and make people subscribe for more, so you've got a real shot at getting monetized before February 1.
From a 20-year YouTube OG (who also just monetized a brand-new channel from zero in 71 days).
Getting monetized is the goal.
But you're no closer to 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 watch hours than you were in the spring.
And in case you were off doing things this summer, YouTube just gave you a deadline, which now makes the whole thing feel a bit impossible.
So it's game face time.
But I don't want you to panic, because that is actually a lot of time.
You've got about 110 days until February 1.
I got my new channel monetized in 71 days, from zero, 4 months ago.
What we're building is one series.
Think of it like a flywheel. It's heavy and slow to get going, but once it's spinning, every push adds to the spin instead of starting over.
Right now, your videos are probably standalone. Every upload starts from zero, like pushing a stuck wheel again and again.
A series connects them, and every new video you add keeps the whole thing turning.
Here's what that actually fixes:
You know what you’re filming next, because the next episode is already mapped out.”
We make the episodes a bit longer, so every view banks more watch time.
People who like episode one go watch two, then three, so one viewer is worth several views instead of one.
And they subscribe, because there's more coming and they want to know what happens next.
Here's what that looks like :
Back in 2020, I made a handful of videos about climbing Mount Kilimanjaro. No big master plan. Just one topic and a few videos that belonged together.
In their first year, they blew past YouTube's monetization requirements.
Why it worked: every video sold the next one.
And it's not just the algorithm doing the work.
My channel page, my end screens and my playlist all kept passing viewers along. I was handing people from one of my videos to the next.
"Nadine, my videos don’t tell a story."
They don't need to. They don't have to be Part 1 and Part 2. They just need to live next to each other, so viewers always have somewhere to go next.
That's the whole bootcamp.
We build one series, made to be binged, that fixes your subscriber problem and your watch hours problem at the same time.
So you've got the best shot at getting monetized before February 1.

Your 4-Week Game Plan
-
We start with the idea, because it’s the most important part, so it gets a whole week. The fanciest thumbnail and the slickest editing can’t fix a bad idea.
The Idea Map: 15 Idea Sparks that take you on a trip from your own life, through your channel and your niche, all the way out to the Land of Make-Believe. (Every stop shakes loose a different kind of idea, so you’re never stuck staring at a blank page again.)
Make it bigger, make it longer: the one habit that turns a video idea into a series idea. (That’s all a series is.)
Your Idea Bank: a ready-made database in Notion or Google Sheets (your pick) where every idea lives, yours to keep forever. (We only pick 1 series next week. The rest is next year’s content.)
-
The Road Test: 4 quick checks that take your whole Idea Bank down to your best few. Can it go longer? Can it go bigger? Should you actually make it? And the big one: will people actually watch it? (A great video idea isn’t always a great series idea.)
Series Matchmaking: plug your best ideas into my library of proven series formats, then flip it, swap it or smash it until it’s unmistakably yours. (You don’t have to invent a format from scratch. You just have to find the right match.)
Your Anchor: pick the winner, and its big idea becomes the thread that turns a pile of videos into a series. (It’s the reason someone clicks Episode 2 instead of leaving.)
Your number: how many episodes, how long each one, and how many views per episode your series needs to hit 4,000 watch hours. (3 longer episodes or 6 shorter ones? We do the math for YOUR series.)
Your episode titles: turn your series format into a title for every episode, with a little marker that tells viewers there’s more. (Plus where the “Part 2” goes, and why it’s never at the front.)
-
Thumbnails that read as a set: the 3 ways to brand a series thumbnail, and when to skip branding entirely. (Someone should spot your next episode in their sidebar before they read a word.)
The hook pass: the first 30 seconds of every episode, including for the viewer who lands on Episode 3 and never saw Episode 1. (If “Welcome to Episode 1” is your first line, we need to talk.)
2 plug-and-play episode templates: one for entertainment and one for education, so every episode ends with a reason to click the next one.
The subscribe moment: how to ask so it actually works in a series. (In a series, “subscribe so you don’t miss Episode 3” is a real reason, not a beg.)
-
The binge setup: playlists, end screens and your channel page, set up so your episodes recommend each other. (That loop is how 91% of Part 2’s suggested traffic on my Kilimanjaro series came from Part 1.)
The promo plan: how to point your existing videos and audience at Episode 1. (Hitting publish isn’t a promo plan.)
4 numbers to check after launch: what each one is telling you about your series, and exactly what to fix if one is low.
Your Final Series Outline: every episode titled, thumbnailed, hooked and outlined, so you know exactly what you’re making when you hit record.
Also included:
The Let’s Get Monetized workbook: every worksheet above, all in one place.
4 live trainings + 4 live Q&As: all recorded and yours to keep.
The private Skool community: open until Feb 1.
BONUS Series Content Planner (Notion + Sheets): Free Notion & Google Sheets template to organize your seri

What a week looks like
Two live calls a week, for four weeks.
Every call is recorded and yours to keep.
Is this you?
You've got a channel and you're posting, but the growth just won't stick
You want to get monetized, and you're ready to build the thing that gets you there (not just collect more tips)
You want your work to finally add up instead of resetting every week
You'll show up for four weeks and let a 5’4” drill sergeant keep you on track
This probably isn't for you if:
You haven't started a channel yet, or you're still figuring out the basics of making a video. Get those down first (my free stuff is a great place to start), and come back when you're posting consistently. Monetization comes after that.
You are a shorts creator or you have a AI faceless channel. The strategies taught just aren't going to work for you. Unsure if you are a fit? Drop me an email : admin@heynadine.com
Already Monetized? Still absolutely for you, you just skip the countdown.
The honest part.
I can't actually promise you'll get monetized ( I don't control YouTube, after all…) There are no shortcuts here. Just some hard work and some strategy.
What I can promise is a much better shot at making that February 1 deadline instead of hoping and praying.
These aren't huge numbers. You have time. You can do it. And I'll be right there in your corner, being extremely loud about it.
That one series I made back in 2020 has earned me over $5800, and it still gains me views and subscriber today.
Let's go build yours.

Why now?
February 1. That’s your deadline, not mine. After that the bar doubles to 8,000 watch hours, and then you’re climbing twice the mountain for the same prize.
So what are you actually doing between now and then to get there? Because the date arrives either way.
Which is also why this might be the only time I run this. I genuinely don’t know if there’s time to build and run a second cohort before February, I’m just being honest here. So I hope you join me on this adventure.

Try week 1 on me
Week one is all ideation. We’re going to pull a whole stack of possible series out of your life, your channel and the stuff you already know, and you’ll leave with more ideas than you can use.
If you get to the end of that week and you’re just not feeling it, email me by Saturday Nov 7th and I’ll refund you in full. (And you keep every idea we came up with.)
✺ Frequently Asked Questions ✺
-
I got my brand-new channel monetized in 71 days, starting from zero. Since June, it has earned over $1,500 CAD. That’s what monetization is: the videos you’ve made start paying you. And that one series I made back in 2020 has earned me over $5,800 CAD and is still gaining views and subscribers today. It’s one payment of $247 USD, and you can try week one on me. If you’re not feeling it, email me by Saturday, Nov 7 and I’ll refund you in full (and you keep every idea). (Obviosuly, these are my results, yours will vary. But clearly, I think it’s worth it.)
-
It works for any topic. A series isn’t about your niche, it’s about giving someone who likes one video a reason to watch the next. What matters is the format. This is built for real creators making long-form videos, so it’s not a fit for shorts-only channels, or for faceless AI-voiceover channels. The strategy works best when there’s a real person and a real point of view behind the videos. If you’ve got a channel and you’re posting but stuck, you’re exactly who this is for. Brand new or still really small? Don’t stress if you can’t act on every piece right away. It’s all stuff you’ll keep using, so it pays off now and down the road. Not sure? Email me at admin@heynadine.com.
-
Perfect, that's literally Week 1. We find it together. You don't need to walk in with the idea, you walk out with it.
-
This one is lean on purpose. It’s 30 days, not a 12-week program you’ll never finish. It’s built so you can actually get through all of it, build your series, and get monetized.
-
You might. Plenty of people do. But you’re racing a deadline, and trial and error costs time you don’t have right now. I figured out the series thing the slow way, and this is the shortcut I wish I’d had.
-
No problem. Every session is recorded and yours to keep. Can’t make a Friday Q&A? Pre-submit your questions and I’ll answer them on the call, so you still get your answer even when you’re not there.
-
No (I don’t control or work for YouTube after all). What I can promise is a real series, a real plan, and a much better shot at the deadline than winging it on your own. The work is still yours to do, but you won’t be doing it alone or guessing.
Being a content creator isn’t easy …
but at the end of the day, you’ve got two choices:
Option 1
Keep posting one-offs, keep starting over every week, and watch February 1 come and go.
Option 2
Spend the next 30 days building one series that finally stacks your views and subscribers together, and give yourself a real shot at monetization before the February 1st deadline.
You're closer to monetized than you think.

I found social media success, but at a cost.
My journey started with a $79 webcam back in 2006 on YouTube. A wild ride that turned a simple hobby into a lifelong passion and career.
I've experienced the ups and downs of content creation firsthand, and I know how tough it can be dealing with algorithm changes, platform shifts, the constant pressure to post, and creative blocks.
After creating over 1,000+ videos and navigating more than 19 years in the ever-changing world of social media, and man, do I wish someone had just told me,
“Do this. Then do that. And absolutely don’t waste time on that.” It would have made everything so much easier.
So here's my ultimate goal:
→ Save you time
→ Save you money
→ Save your sanity
I’m not a social media marketer. I’m just a regular person who's figured this out through nearly two decades of trial and error, which, in my opinion, is the best kind of knowledge there is. I didn’t read it in a book; I lived it, and I struggled through every challenge as it came.
There's absolutely a place for you in this world of social media. And I'm here to support you, every step of the way.

Let's Get Monetized: Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: October 15, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By joining or using the Let's Get Monetized bootcamp (the "Course"), offered by HeyNadine Productions Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not buy or use the Course.
These Terms apply to everyone who buys, accesses or takes part in the Course, including its live sessions, workbook, downloadable materials and private community. You must be at least 18 years old to buy or use the Course.
2. What the Course Is
Let's Get Monetized is a live, cohort-based online program that helps YouTube creators plan and build one video series. It runs for 4 weeks. Each week has a live training on Tuesday and a live Q&A on Friday. Every session is recorded.
The Course includes:
The Let's Get Monetized workbook
4 live trainings and 4 live Q&As, hosted live in the Skool community
A private community on Skool, which closes on February 1, 2027
The Content Planner (in Notion and Google Sheets), included as a bonus
The dates and times for each cohort are listed on the sales page and in your welcome email. Cohort 1 runs from November 2 to November 27, 2026.
Important: we cannot promise that you will be monetized on YouTube. Nadine does not control YouTube, and only YouTube decides whether a channel is accepted into the YouTube Partner Program. The Course teaches you how to build a series and gives you our best guidance, but it does not guarantee approval, income or any other result. Please read Sections 15 and 16 carefully before you enroll.
3. Schedule Changes
Live sessions may be moved or rescheduled, for example around holidays or if something unexpected comes up. We will give you reasonable notice by email or in the community. If you cannot attend a live session, the recording is yours to watch, and you can still bring your questions to a later Q&A.
Not being able to attend a session live is not grounds for a refund once the refund window in Section 7 has closed.
4. Access to Materials and the Community
Subject to these Terms and payment of all fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use the Course for your own learning and to build your own YouTube channel. You may use the workbook and the Content Planner, which we share through Notion or Google Sheets, yourself to plan and run your own channel, including a monetised one, and you may use what you learn to make your own videos. The training videos and session recordings are for your own viewing and learning only. You may not copy, repost, reuse or republish them, or use them to create your own course, content or product.
Session recordings and downloadable materials (the workbook and the Content Planner) are yours to keep for your own use. The private community closes on February 1, 2027. Before then, we will give you a way to download the session recordings to your own device.
5. Enrolment Limits
There is no maximum number of students. The Course needs at least 10 students to run. If fewer than 10 students have enrolled when enrolment closes, we may cancel the cohort within 48 hours of enrolment closing, and every student who enrolled gets a full refund. For Cohort 1, enrolment closes at 11:59 pm Pacific on October 27, 2026. If we postpone a cohort instead, you can choose to stay or take a full refund.
6. Payment
The fee for the Course is $247 USD, paid in full as a single payment. We do not offer payment plans. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live. You pay at our Squarespace checkout, and payments are processed by Stripe.
7. Refunds
We want you to join with confidence. Here is how refunds work:
Before the Course starts: you can ask for a full refund at any time up until the first live training begins.
During Week 1: you can ask for a full refund until 11:59 pm Pacific on the Saturday of Week 1. For Cohort 1, that is Saturday, November 7, 2026.
After Week 1: no refunds are given, including for not attending sessions, not finishing the work, changing your mind, or the result of any YouTube application.
To ask for a refund, email admin@heynadine.com from the email you used to buy. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, and your bank may take some time to show it.
If we cancel a cohort before it starts, including because fewer than 10 students have enrolled (see Section 5), you get a full refund. If we cancel after it has started, you get a refund for the weeks we did not deliver.
Please email us before filing a chargeback so we can sort it out quickly. Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights you have under the law where you live that cannot be waived.
Refunds are not given because a channel was not monetized, did not reach any watch-hour or subscriber number, or because of a decision made by YouTube. Those results are not promised (see Sections 15 and 16).
8. How Feedback Works
The Course gives you group feedback, not a personal review of everything you make. In the Friday Q&As and in the community you can share your ideas, your series plan and your pitch sheet, and get opinions from Nadine and from other students. Nadine answers as many as time allows, and we cannot promise that every submission is reviewed.
Feedback is Nadine's opinion, based on her experience. It is not a prediction of how your series will perform. You decide what to share and what to do with the feedback. Please do not share anything you would not be comfortable discussing with the group.
We will never ask for your YouTube or Google password, or for access to your channel. Please do not share them. If you share screenshots or screen recordings of your YouTube Studio, share only what you are comfortable having the group see.
9. Your Submissions and Content
You keep ownership of your ideas, your series, your channel and your videos. We do not claim any of it.
When you post or share something in the Course (in a live session, in the community or in a form), you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it for running the Course and, as described in Section 10, for our future videos and marketing. That means showing and discussing it in sessions, keeping it in the recordings, and keeping it in the community.
Other students will see what you share, and we cannot control what they do with it. Share at your own comfort level, and please respect other students' ideas. You are responsible for what you post. Do not post anything unlawful, harmful, infringing or inappropriate, and do not post other people's private information.
10. Recording and Your Likeness
Live sessions are recorded so that students can watch the replay. By taking part, you consent to being recorded. Your name, voice, video, chat messages, screen shares and questions can appear in recordings that other students can watch. You can turn your camera off, join with your first name only, or ask your questions in the chat or the community instead.
By taking part in the live sessions, you agree that we may use clips from the recordings in which your voice, name, face or contributions appear in future videos and other content, including on YouTube, on social media and in marketing, if we choose to. Wins and results you post in the general community may also be screenshotted or quoted and used as testimonials or student results on future sales pages and in marketing. When we do this, we hide your name, photo and channel name. If we would like to show your name, photo, channel or a link to it, for example in a testimonial or case study, we will ask you first. If there is something you do not want us to use, email us and we will leave it out of future use.
Recordings are for enrolled students only. You may not share them.
11. Community Rules
Please be respectful in live sessions and in the private community. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, spam, selling your own services or products to other students, sharing other students' work outside the community, or disruptive behaviour can lead to removal from the Course without a refund. Skool's own terms also apply to your use of the community.
12. One Person, One Account
Course access is for the individual who bought it. Community invitations, login details, session links and recordings are personal to you and may not be shared, transferred or sold. If we find unauthorized sharing, we may suspend or end access without a refund.
13. Intellectual Property
All Course materials, including videos, recordings, text, graphics, worksheets, templates, the workbook and the branding, belong to HeyNadine Productions Inc. and are protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
Beyond the licence in Section 4, you may not share, publicly post, resell, repackage or teach the Course materials as your own, or use the training videos or recordings in your own videos, courses or products. You also may not use them to train AI models or to build a competing product. Using what you learn to make your own series and run your own channel is exactly what the Course is for, and that is fine.
14. Third-Party Tools, Links and Affiliates
The Course mentions third-party tools and services, such as research tools, AI assistants and YouTube features. We do not own or control them. Their prices, features and terms can change, and your use of them is covered by their own terms. You never need to buy anything to complete the Course, and where a free option exists, we show it.
Some links in the Course are affiliate links, marked with an asterisk (*). If you buy through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We may also have paid partnerships with some of these companies. Our opinions are our own.
15. YouTube and Other Platforms
The Course is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.
The requirements, thresholds, deadlines and features of the YouTube Partner Program are set by YouTube and can change at any time. Whether you are approved is YouTube's decision, not ours. What we teach reflects our understanding at the time we teach it, so please check YouTube's official pages before relying on any date or requirement. You are responsible for following YouTube's policies for your own channel.
Nadine does not control YouTube, and we cannot influence, speed up or guarantee any decision YouTube makes about your channel. Learning how to build a series is not the same as being accepted into the YouTube Partner Program, and you can follow everything in the Course and still not be approved.
16. No Guarantees
We make no guarantee that you will be accepted into the YouTube Partner Program, reach any watch-hour or subscriber number, get any number of views, or earn any income. Results depend on many things, including your effort, your idea, your niche, your channel, your timing and decisions made by YouTube.
To say it plainly: we cannot promise that you will be monetized on YouTube. We will teach you what we know and help you build the strongest series you can, but whether it leads to monetization is out of our hands.
The examples and numbers we share, including those from Nadine's own channels, are real but are not guaranteed, and they are not a promise of what you will get. Nothing in the Course is a guarantee of any result.
17. Not Professional Advice
The Course is educational. It is not financial, legal, tax, therapeutic or business management advice. Please talk to a qualified professional about your own situation.
18. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for having reliable internet and compatible technology. We are not responsible if you cannot take part because of technical limits on your end.
You are also responsible for your own channel and videos, including following YouTube's policies, copyright law and any advertising or sponsorship disclosure rules that apply to you. The work of building your series is yours to do. The Course gives you the plan and the support.
By enrolling, you confirm that you understand and accept that we cannot promise you will be monetized on YouTube, that YouTube alone makes that decision, and that your results are your own.
19. Limitation of Liability
The Course is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for anything related to the Course is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost income or lost channel growth, or for the actions of third-party platforms such as YouTube, Skool, Squarespace or Stripe. Some places do not allow certain limits, so some of this may not apply to you.
20. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in delivering the Course caused by things beyond our reasonable control, including illness, internet outages, natural disasters, government actions or platform failures. If this happens, we will work out a fair way to deliver what you paid for, such as rescheduling a session and sharing the recording.
21. Honest Reviews
Honest reviews and honest criticism are welcome. We ask that you do not make false, misleading or defamatory statements about the Company or the Course.
22. Prohibited Conduct
You may not try to get around security, use bots, harass other people, record or capture live sessions yourself, or misuse your access to the Course.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kelowna, British Columbia. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the laws where you live, and these Terms do not take them away.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Last Updated date at the top shows the latest version. If we make an important change while a cohort is running, we will email you. Continuing to use the Course after a change means you accept it. A change will not alter the refund terms that applied when you bought.
25. General Terms and Contact
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Course and replace anything said before. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours.

We may also screenshot or quote wins and results you post in the general community and use them as testimonials or student results on future sales pages and in marketing. When we do this, we hide your name and profile photo, and your channel name if it appears. If we would like to show your name, your channel or a link to it (for example in a testimonial or case study), we will ask you first. If there is something you do not want us to use, email us and we will leave it out of future use.
7. Where Your Information Goes
We are based in Canada. Many of our service providers are based elsewhere, including the United States, so your information may be stored and handled in those places. It may then be subject to the laws there, including access by courts and authorities. By taking part in the Course, you accept this.
8. How Long We Keep It
Account and purchase records: for as long as we need them to run the Course, and as long as the law requires for accounting and tax.
Recordings: available to students in the community until it closes on February 1, 2027. We may keep our own copy afterwards.
Community content: the community closes on February 1, 2027. After that we may archive or delete its content, and we will tell you before it happens so you can save your copies.
Email list: until you unsubscribe.
If you ask us to delete your information, we will respond within 30 days. We may need to keep some records we are required to keep by law, and we may not be able to remove your contributions from recordings other students already have.
9. Your Rights and Choices
You can ask us to:
Show you the personal information we hold about you
Correct anything that is wrong
Delete your information, within the limits in Section 8
Stop sending you marketing emails (you can also use the unsubscribe link)
Stop using or sharing your information in ways you did not agree to
Email admin@heynadine.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may also have the right to object to or restrict certain uses of your information and to receive a copy of it in a portable format.
If you are not happy with how we handled a privacy concern, please contact us first so we can try to fix it. You can also complain to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia (oipc.bc.ca), the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca), or the privacy authority where you live.
10. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and we limit who can see it. The services we use also protect their own systems. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach puts your information at real risk of harm, we will tell you as the law requires.
11. Cookies

12. Age
The Course is for people who are 18 or older. Our website is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a younger person has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
13. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website and the Course link to other websites and services, including YouTube, Skool and the tools we mention, and some of those links are affiliate links. We do not control them, and their privacy policies apply when you use them.
14. Changes and Contact
We may update this policy from time to time. The Last Updated date at the top shows the latest version, and we will email you about any important change while a cohort is running.
