Questions you're probably asking
Do I need a big channel for this to be worth it?
No, but you need at least 10 published videos. The audit works at 100 subscribers or 100,000, because the things holding channels back are surprisingly similar at every size.
Will you sugarcoat it?
No. That's kind of the point. But honest doesn't mean harsh. Everything I flag comes with a path forward, because "this isn't working" is only useful when it's followed by "here's what I'd do instead."
What if my channel is in a niche you've never made videos in?
I've spent 20 years watching what works across travel, education, lifestyle, and everything in between. Packaging, retention, and positioning are universal. If I look at your channel and truly don't think I can help, I'll refund you before I waste your time.
Do you offer ongoing 1:1 support?
Not right now. It's something I may open down the road with a very small number of spots, and if I do, the waitlist below hears about it first. Deep Dive clients get priority.
Can you help me get monetised?
No. Policy issues, view or subscriber guarantees, and monetisation approval are between you and YouTube. Audits are about growth strategy.
